Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Moms with more than 1

Now that I have a newborn and a 3 yr. old. any tips on what you do with the days so that you don't go stir crazy all while keeping in mind that I am an exhausted mommy right now? I know walks are great, except my son dosent really like to go on leisure walks, etc. but what do are you doing to not get cabin fever until your newborn is a little older to go into public more? PS I am not trying to keep my LO in a bubble but I do want to wait a little to expose her to too much, plus I am still exhausted.

  • I have a two year and three month old. There was no way I could not get the two year old out and about every day. She was still going to daycare the first month so I had time to heal and get to know the baby. Since she's been home and its been us three full time, we do a trip out of the house every morning without fail. We do all the nearby libraries and playgrounds. Playgrounds are great this time of year because the big kiss have gone back to school. You can either wear the baby or keep him in a stroller and people shouldn't bother you. Same goes for the mall playscape on rainy days.

  • Same as pp. I have a 18 mth old and a one mth old. I take home for walks, to the park, to the zoo, grandmas etc. I hate play lands because I swear the 18 mth will be sick and no time for that. I invested in a double stroller asap
