I had a c section and 3.5 weeks PP and DH is dying for it.

My H is dying for it too, and I have actually been in the mood since about 1 week PP (birth was a good bonding experience I guess) but I have A LOT of stitches so he is just getting the BJ's for now. Dissolve stitches!

Nope, not yet. I have my 6 week appt next week, so hopefully my stitches have dissolved. DH got one handy for his b-day and is patiently waiting for the all clear. I'm actually in the mood for it. I was not at all after DS.

I had a C section and we did it just after 4 weeks pp. I called to schedule my IUD placement and was told nothing until after that. Sorry DH you'll have to wait another two weeks.

Actually, I'm the one wanting it! I'm sure dh is too, but I was so excited to see that over fine a whole day without bleeding. Haha

But I'm only 2.5 weeks out from a c/s and have been dealing with excruciating pain in my side (which is now somewhat less, partially moved, and easily controlled with motrin now) so it's probably a good idea to wait a bit longer.

Waiting until 6 weeks. I was told by my MW's and the delivering doctor not to put anything in there for a strict 6 weeks and after all the stitches, I'm ok waiting the 3 more weeks (at least)!

Ha, no energy for even BJs from me. I'd be too scared I'd fall asleep in the midst of it. Besides I'm 3.5 weeks post CS and still feeling sore in my abdomen. I don't want to jostle the area around, I don't think that would feel too good!

Funny you should mention it because I am thinking about tonight if DS ever goes to sleep. 6 weeks is on Tuesday so we're just a little shy of that. Otherwise other than 1 time he got a little action from me we haven't done anything.

1- uterine infection
2 - mastitis
3 - yeast on the nips
4 - screaming baby
5 - I just want to sleep

between the infections, the waking every few hrs to pump/feed..the sleep is so much more important.

I had a really easy recovery and very minimal bleeding and have consodered sex, but I am terrified until H gets snipped. I got pregnant on birth control this time so I am scarred from that. It may make for months of bjs from me until he is cleared, but I will do it to avoid another baby. I should probably work on getting an appointment with the urologist.

I'm 3 weeks pp, and other than fooling around a bit and giving DH a bj earlier this week, nothing has happened. Just getting aroused made my vagina hurt and reminded me that I just birthed a 9+ lber and was still bleeding. It was a horrible tease.

I will absolutely not be having sex until I'm cleared because I had granulation tissue after my first that had to be chemically burned off (so we didn't DTD for something like 14 weeks!) and I want the doctors word first that everything is as it should be before we go for it. Also, DH still needs to be snipped and until that happens, I will be paranoid about getting pregnant.

4 weeks pp RCS, ob approved to go back to all activities. My dh was exstatic he even showered & shaved for the occasion. So despite me being exhausted and feeling like crap, with a little convincing we did it. A little bleeding afterwards & uncomfortable during, well get back into the swing of things eventually.

I went for my pp appt on Tuesday and was told I would be good to go at 6 wks pp. everything was healed but recommended waiting til the 6 weeks to give everything time to heal all the way. Plus I remember it hurt for a while after with dd and I'm in no hurry for that. Just remember ladies, lots of lube if you are breastfeeding. It's dry down there.

Haha this is me too! Sorry buddy, you're on your own for now! I have an 8 week check up and not a six week :-? I'm six weeks Thursday but I'm OK waiting two more weeks. I'm excited to try but sleep sounds better than sex right now.

ETA I'm having a terrible toothache from my wisdom tooth (no dentist appointment available until Thursday

) and am more or less soaking my mouth in orajel. Giving a BJ would just be cruel lol.

I was told nothing vaginay for six weeks. I had an easy delivery with no hemorrhoids or tears and my bleeding has stopped. 3 weeks PP Sunday. I feel like we would be fine, both dying for it, but I'm sure they have their reasoning for waiting so I'll wait my turn!

I'm 8 days pp and am actually in the mood for it. I just miss good sex. Like before I was pregnant....

BUT I'm stuck healing from a 4th degree tear and so my broken lady parts ain't gonna get any for atleast 6 weeks or maybe more if I'm so unlucky.

SO has gotten 2 bj's since our baby was born. Which I consider very lucky for him. I'm pretty sure on a level of fairness, we're all getting screwed on the deal.

I was cleared at 6 weeks last time. We DTD when my son was 3 months old, as much out of guilt on my part as any real lasting urge to do it. It was not the best, but got better with time. I'm sure having a "60 year old's vagina" due to BFing didn't help!

this time I'm way more comfortable pp and have gotten fleeting desires. Still not doing anything, condom or not, till after my checkup. Besides, sleep still sounds better at the moment
