Supply issues at 9 months?

DS just turned 9 months. I am still EBFing, however, I've noticed my supply is decreasing. I've always been able to keep up with his demand, but now I can only pump 2 of the 3 bottles he takes while at daycare. Any suggestions for what I can do to increase supply at this stage?

    All the same things you'd do for supply in the beginning or any other time you may have supply concerns. Pump more frequently, eat oatmeal, stay well hydrated, drink dark beer, nurse frequently. You may be getting your period, so it could bounce back soon. Good luck!

    I've seen a lot of posts on this board about a decrease in milk around this time.  It also happened to me.  The thing that got me to a year was breaking into my freezer stash to supplement what I was short.  If you have a decent freezer stash, do the math and see if you can still make it to a year.  I had about 300 oz in there, and dividing it by the 12 weeks I had left, it gave me a 25 oz per week cushion.  Since I was sending 5 oz bottles to daycare, it made up for the one bottle I was short each day.  If you don't have a freezer stash then you could pump more often (like on weekends, etc)  and do all the regular things to boost supply.  But, if you have a stash, it may be time to dip into it.  At a year, you can then supplement with WCM, in addition to BM.  If you have a freezer stash, you'll need to use it sometime.  I know that was hard for me, since I was always focused on building up my stash, but at some point the tide turns and it's time to start taking from it.  GL!
