I'm down to two doulas. They have the same experience, and I clicked with them both equally. Is it generally better to go with the doula that is also a licensed massage therapist? Does that end up coming more in handy when in labor?
I didn't like being touched during contractions. I would let my body go limp during them and when someone touched me, my first instinct was to move my body away from them. It screwed up my focus.
