Just wanted to give an update. I had went back to the ER for my follow up and they did more testing and an ultrasound. Dr said that I had an ectopic pregnancy but also found something in my uterus which could possibly be baby it's just too small to see. I got the surgery and there's no baby in my tubes thank god, my blood test show positive for pregnancy and hcg levels are high. where in the world could this baby be? Is there even a baby at all?

Hoping for the best outcome for you. Have you seen/talked to your OB at all? What surgery did the ER do to check for an ectopic pregnancy? I hope everything is OK. I definitely think you need to see an OB (not an ER doctor) right away. ER doctors are amazing at what they do, but they don't specialize in obstetrics, and this sounds like a potentially complicated case. FX everything is OK.

I had a laparoscopy done. My appt with an OB is on the 19th. I agree, but they wouldn't see me sooner bcus they too said they wouldn't be able to detect anything on u/s until I'm about 8-10weeks. Just hoping my baby or babies can be found and still there making progress. Couldn't imagine going through another loss :-S

Maybe just too early. Since you mentioned HCG was 4k it would be hard to see yet

even when mine hit 18k all we saw was sac/yolk. Hoping for the best for you.

Update! Just left the OB office and they saw a sac but it's empty. My dr doesn't want to terminate the pregnancy yet bcus she's hoping that it may be just too early to see. But so far it's looking like a blighted ovum. I have check ups every 2 days now. So praying that I make progress my next visit.
