  • I got mine free from my insurance with my first child and they said definitely the medela. I've had no problems and it's easy to use :)
  • I had a medela with my first and an ameda with my second. I liked the ameda more than the medela. For peace of mind I really prefer the ameda over the medela due to the closed system. I never hadproblems with my medela though.

    I'll be getting an ameda purely yours with freemie attachments for this lo.

    I'm a FTM but the lactation consultant who did the class that I took recommended the hygeia if insurance covered it over the medela and ameda.  I was leaning toward hygeia before her endorsement and that sealed the deal for me, so that's what I'm getting!

    Oct 12 - Jan 14: 3 clomid/TI cycles, 2 hysteroscopies, 2 IUIs, 1 BFP (MMC @ 12w), 2 more IUIs
    Feb 14: Gonal-f + IUI #5 = BFP! (EDD 11/4/14)
    Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!

  • My friend has a freemie and loves it. Shes ep for a surro baby. I dont think my insurence will let me choose so i doubt ill get one but i wish i could!
