Not feeling baby much

Ok, I'm starting to get concerned. Usually baby girl is very active in the evening when I finally lay down but she wasn't last night. I pulled out the Doppler because I wasn't feeling her and found her HB right away. I'm awake now and still am not feeling her. Just went down and drank a cup of Apple juice and ice water. I hear her again on the Doppler but still am not feeling her. I'm going to wait a couple hours to try to a proper kick count but if she doesn't pick up I guess it's off to L&D for me.

How far along are you? There is a point when activity does decrease, due to lack of space. I would call your OB's after hours number and ask them what they suggest.

If it were me, if this a sudden change in LO's activity level I'd go in and get it checked. Most likely LO is just having a relaxed weekend, but I'd want the peace of mind.

It may just be a shift in when baby is active, but I would probably get it checked out just in case.

I'm 33w 5d. I did get 10 movements but it took 1hr50mins. I'm getting more contractions than usual too. I just started prednisone 4x a day for my low platelets and also B12. I'm also taking Prevacid and iron 2x a day plus my prenatal. It's a lot of pills and makes me a bit concerned that she may be reacting to something.

I think I'll monitor her closely today and possible go in if things don't improve.

I would call this morning if things have changed that much. They may tell you to monitor but look for certain things etc. I wouldn't wait just call for peace of mind.

It never hurts to call and beats sitting there worrying. Glad you got some movements. Very often my lo is very still and it freaks me out to.

In regards to the meds, the doctors wouldn't let you take it if it was not good for you. She may just be running out of room and her movements are changing. Fx for you!
