Teething poop stains

What can I do to minimize these? Sun is working a bit, I spray with Bac Out before I put them in the pail and we use liners so no poop is left on the CD while in the pail. I have done some lemon juice on some with very little luck. What else can I do? Some are Simplex and Blueberry says not to use bleach. Any tips would be great.
I live in a very sunny part of the US so there is no shortage of hot summer sun here.
Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p

Sunning usually works for my stains. Is that working or do you have stubborn stains?
Are the diapers wet when you put them out in the sun.. That is supposed to help.
