  Maybe don't have one then. Everyone will still be excited about the sex of the baby no matter how you tell them.

  I don't understand how we could tell you where to have it since we don't know you, your area, or your social circle. Rent a place, invite less people, or don't have one... That's all I can say.

  We're having ours at our home in late October. We don't have much room either, but we're going to move furniture and such to have a little more space. We're just hoping for a beautiful fall day so some people can be outside if they choose.
  
  We looked into renting places as well. Some places had really great prices.
