Hey ladies, any ideas for quick, relatively healthy lunches? I do oatmeal for breakfast - I make it in batches for the week but I'm at a loss for lunches. Today I had cheese, cucumber, crackers and hummus but I need more easy to grab ideas!
Leftovers, pb&j, apple with pb, quesadilla, and grilled ham & cheese are my favorites. None of them take me longer than five minutes and I can eat them while nursing.
I have been making kale and spinach smoothies! Just cut up the carrots, pineapple, cucumbers, mango ahead of time! I have been throwing a banana in as well. My husband likes to put peanut butter in his. I am no way a health nut or anything but this is super easy!
