Working from home.

Hey ladies. Does anyone work from home? I have been babysitting but the little girl started school. I am looking for a new gig. I want to stay home but make some extra cash. I am not looking to "invest" into any deals. I don't have any extra cash.

    I do, I'm a freelance editor. I mostly work for an online erotic book site, but I have done some other editing. I've also been a teaching assistant for am online college.

    Teaching assistant!!! That's a good idea. I will look into it. I do have my bachelors degree. I don't know if I would be a good editor. I don't have the best grammar skills. Thanks!

    I'm a translator, but that obviously requires excellent language skills in at least 2 languages, so I don't know if that's an option for you. I also taught ESL, so my class time wasn't at home but most of my prep time was. 
    However, there are very few jobs that you can do from home WHILE watching your baby/toddler. I know I can't do mine when I'm watching the girls except for a rare few moments when they get involved with something for a stretch and I have a chance to work a bit. Those moments can't be counted on, though, and it's certainly not enough for any significant work to get done.

    BFP1: DD1 born April 2011 at 34w1d via unplanned c/s due to HELLP, DVT 1 week PP
    BFP2: 3/18/12, blighted ovum, natural m/c @ 7w4d
    BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w4d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence

    I'm a nanny. I know it can be hard to find a family you connect with, buy why not stick with childcare if you already have the experience?
