Lemon Raspberry Bars! Basically just the same as a regular Lemon Bar recipe but you put a layer of crushed raspberries before the lemony part. Or you put them on top before they've set completely. Mmm.

Hmmm I can't think of anything I've made with raspberries besides a mixed berry pie. Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemon juice, sugar, corn starch in a pie crust. But I know a lot of y'all don't like baked fruit. Ya weirdos!

I love raspberry icing on lemon cake or cupcakes. That would be a very noble use for raspberries.

Fresh raspberries are so inhale-able! I can't imagine having too many not to just gobble up. I was going to suggest freezing for smoothies, though, too.
