My advice to you is to start researching now and not to stop. Opinions change and research has new findings daily. The medical and science communities reserve the right (as should you) to get smarter, every day. Read books and reputable internet sites. Take birthing and parenting classes. Whatever you do just make sure you are putting in the work to learn, if you don't, no one else will be able to do this for you.
This was not meant to be harsh. The truth of the matter is, you are the one who will experience your pregnancy, birth your child, and make all the decisions about both. It is best for you to take an active role in your education about both of these processes.
@saltbox40 can you post the link you had started in the April board for this gal? (I don't know how, I'm mobile, sorry)
I think OP probably stalked the April '15 board and saw their "unsolicited advice for first time moms goes here" thread and was hoping to spin a May '15 version. (Or At least I had stalked it and found some good advice for FTM's)

Edit: spelling
And you would have to be a little more specific if you want to know what to expect. We've got 40 weeks to cover. A lot of shit goes on in 40 weeks.
