Sex during pregnancy?!

I am 23 weeks pregnant and recently sex has become really painful. Not during but the second I organism I get a SHARP pain in my left side that travels to the right side and my belly gets tight. Is this normal?

Yes, it's your uterus contracting and it's normal. No need to worry unless you have orders from your doc otherwise.

I'm a FTM: I haven't felt anything like that yet, and yes it would worry me too if I wasn't reassured it was normal.
