First, thank you all for the incredible words of kindness in my September post yesterday. I've been feeling so low.., your thoughtfulness and messages really touched my heart.
I had a horrible night. Bad dreams, dreaming I lost this baby, feelings of sadness.. Woke up this morning feel numb and weak.
I had a regular appointment today, and knew I would finally get to schedule our anatomy scan. I was so wound up going in, bawled the whole time.
My doctor is very understanding and sympathetic to everything we've been through.., she knew if I could just see baby on the screen I would feel better - so she pulled some strings and got us in for an anatomy scan this afternoon.
OMG I have never cried so many happy tears. Baby looks perfect, everything measuring right on track, all organs doing what they should...
and we are having another BOY!!!
I can not even out in words what it means to me. I was so happy to have a boy when we had Finn (team green), and losing him made me feel like I lost that chance to raise a boy. To have that back - to get a second chance.. I can't express enough love and joy.
I love this baby boy so much. My heart grew today. I'm simply overwhelmed.
