Chub rub

My thighs have always rubbed together, but now it's on a whole other level. And things are much more swollen down there that now I feel like my entire crotch area is irritated. It's been so dang hot outside so I've been wearing maxi skirts every day, which I'm sure has only made it worse. Owwww. How do you deal with the chub rub?

I recommend buying a stick of body glide. I used to use it for long runs - it's great, and one stick will last you a long time.

Anti-perspirant coated inner thighs can stand in for body glide.

Anti-perspirant works or just spread some baby powder on there. I used to run track and the baby powder trick worked for me.

Another vote for anti-antiperspirant. No more irritated skin, even after a summer of wearing nothing but dresses.

There's a brand called Fresh Balls that has a great product for that. You can Google it, if not for use than just for a laugh.

Biker shorts are the way to go!

....my husband also offered to 'Gold Bond' my thighs for me the other day when I was complaining. I let him, and it felt surprisingly refreshing.

I HATEEEE CHUBBB RUBBB OMGAAHHH. I am a pretty thick lady, even at my slenderest I still got some juicy thighs. I can usually deal... until recently.

Hubbz has let me start wearing his (clean!) compression shorts (the manly scientific name for spandex undies) when I wear dresses. It is MUCH more comfortable and effective than any Spanx version I've dealt with. I'm sure if the dresses were tight fitting I'd have crazy lines, but I'm always in flow-y stuff.

Also, to help with the already sore and chaffed spots rub on some A+D Ointment. Heat rash and chub rub will be better for it.

My mind totally went in the gutter with this one. I used baby powder and it helped a lot. I just wear shorts now until my thighs stop sticking together.
