Hi there! My daughter is 3.5 months and has been sleeping 9 & 10 hours straight a night since she was 4 weeks old (praises!) But this week she is suddenly waking up at 5 or 5:30. I've tried to rock her back to sleep but have ended up just feeding her and then putting her back in her crib, which she will then sleep for another 2 or 3 hours. Does this sound like the 4 month sleep regression? Also, do y'all recommend just trying to rock her back down, since she has been usually sleeping that much in the past or should I continue to do what I have been doing the past few nights? Also, for facts sake, her naps have not changed during the day and neither has her feedings. She is still eating every 3.5/4 hours during the day. Could this also possibly be early teething? Any feedback is much appreciated!
