first u/s surprise (pic warning)

So, my cycles have been all over the place in the 6 months since my last m/c. . . anyone else experience this? Anyways, it made it hard to estimate how far along I was but i was guessing about 6 weeks based on my symptoms, PGAL brain was causing me to hope for 8 wks but that seemed impossible. We went to the first prenatal appt. yesterday and the u/s showed 10 freakin' weeks of development! I've never made it past 8 wks before so of course I laugh/cried so hard she lost the image. I've never had good u/s experience before and I was really starting to doubt that I could ever make it even this far. Hope this encourages other first tri ladies to hang in there!
