So.... hi! I have no progress to report yet as I'm on day 3 (I always start my weeks on Wednesday to split the difference with the weekend), but happy to offer support to those who are further into the journey! ;-)

well good news is i haven't gained--which I'm shocked out. i had a really bad week. i just could not stop snacking. AF better show up soon bc i don't know what it is. ill just blame her for now!
but as of yesterday i started doing low carb again. it always does so good for me. ill be keeping my carbs to a minimum and to mainly fruits and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. and no carbs after 2pm.
keep it up mamas! hope y'all are doing better than me
We've had a lot of life craziness lately, but I'm maintaining right now, which is good. I definitely haven't been able to get to the gym as much as I'd like.
