***slightly medical, blood mentioned!***

Hi gals!

I'm 23 weeks along & last night while changing for bed I noticed a TEENY bit of blood on my bra. It was not a lot, like a few drops that seemed to have leaked out of my nipple during the day. My DH (who works in the medical field) said it's nothing to be alarmed by, to mention it at my next OB appt (Tuesday). I'm not 'freaking out' or anything... but it's strange none the less. (Heck up until this point in my life I never gave thought to ANYTHING leaking out of my breasts!!) Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences ?? Thanks in advance for any insight!

I am lactating alittle and sometimes it's alittle red. Completely normal

Thanks! Hubby said it was normal as well.... but I wanted the reassurance from somebody else who HAS breasts! lol

I am also 23 weeks and though I haven't had any blood come out i definitely have other fluides come out. However, at my last OB appt. I was told that this could happen (meaning a little blood) so I think you will be fine.

I had a tiny amount of blood come out of one duct last week and it was so strange.. nothing since! I haven't had a chance to talk to my doctor about it yet... but you aren't alone!

Isn't it crazy how suddenly everything we 'knew' about our bodies gets turned on it's head? lol I try not to think about childbirth or boob leakage so I can just enjoy the ride... But nature has other plans & ways of letting me know what's about to happen! LOL
