I wish!!! I work midnights, 7 straight, and have 3 boys at home. I sleep 4 hours then get up and be mommy before coming to work. Tonight, my boss says "you look refreshed as ever!" I knew he had to be kidding and he said he was, that I looked like hell lol! I MISS naps! My 2 y/o naps, but not my 4 y/o, so I'm SOL! My husband gets home only 2 hours or less before I leave, so a nap is impossible! When I'm off, naps are never an option! Nap on mama!
I have to take a nap in car during lunch most days otherwise I think I might just fall asleep at my desk when I'm at work. I feel like I'm always tired and I guess running after a 19 month old doesn't help either.
I thought it was just me.. Im completely exhausted this week.

I'm always exhausted by 3 and that's when my toddler goes down for her second nap but I always have homework to do so I don't get to sleep. One of these days!

Im in bed by 8.30 most nights & get a good 9/10 hrs sleep. Then after being awake for about 3 hrs the next day i feel like i need a nap!! Sooooo tired all the time! No energy at all!
I used to take a car nap at work - Im 18 wks and still tired in the afternoon too, sleeping at night is getting harder and having a toddler is tiring! Im usually in bed around 9.
I thought I had a thyroid issue bc Ive been so sleepy lately and thought 2nd tri was supposed to be delightful and full of rainbows, energy and glow!
So glad it's normal to still feel this exhausted !!! I'm such a night owl normally but last night I went to bed at 930!!!! That's when I usually have dinner !!!
