I'm definatly scared of the outcome of this considering I'm only 16, yes only 16. I'm gonna be a teen mom and I'm looking into this group for guidience not judgement. Thanks.

I'm a scared FTM and also looking for guidance….oh, and I'm 30.

Plenty of teen moms end up being incredible mothers, and plenty of so called "mature, stable adults" turn out to be dreadful parents. It may not be ideal, but once there's a baby in there, your age isn't quite so relevant. You're a mom now, regardless of your age, and now what matters is to do your best to do right by your little one.

What I'm trying to say is that I personally couldn't care less about your age. I'm sure I'm not alone on that. Welcome to the forum!

Well I remember I was pregnant at 16 so no judgement here. Sadly that ended very badly thank goodness for second chances! Now I'm so ready and greatful to be a mom at 22. You will get through it just stay positive and ignore poor judgement from other people because in the end your opinion is the one that will matter the most.

I'm 34 and a FTM and I'm scared/nervous/anxious about all of it. I think that's normal regardless of where you are in life. Just educate yourself, find your support group, and believe in yourself and your ability to do this and be great at it.

I'm 33, pregnant with my second baby and I'm still scared ! Lol
It's ok, change your screen name because it's not safe to use your whole name online!
There are a lot of very smart and nice women who will be a great support system for you. Just read the board, and get a feel for how it works. As long as you are helpful and respectful, you will get the same in return. I hope you have a good support system at home. Take care of yourself and your little one! Yes, you're young , but many young mothers are wonderful parents. Good luck !

I agree with all of the PPs, any FTM will be scared/anxious no matter what age. I know I sure as hell am scared, but I find a lot of answers on here that can give peace of mind. I'm sure everything will work itself out! Congrats, welcome, and good luck!

I'm sure you're scared and nervous just like all other first time moms! It's scary, and so many different emotions, regardless of age. We are all scared on different levels because this something none of us can control. Relax, enjoy your pregnancy, and cherish every moment. It will be totally worth all your fears. Hugs!
