We have the lenovo snuza. I have been afraid to use it with DD2 because I don't know how you swaddle with it. If you use it - what do you use for pajamas, how tight do you swaddle etc?
We have one and use it every night. I don't use it during the day since I'm usually wake and in the same room as she is when she naps. We found we have to roll the top of her diaper down and clip it directly in the center of her diaper. We then put on footie jammies and we then swaddle her in a Swaddle Me wrap. We definitely put the wrap on really tight so she can't get her hands out. She doesn't seem bothered by the snuza at all.
We have the Snuza Hero and also use it every night. Definitely fold down the top of the diaper and strap the diaper TIGHT (way tighter than during the day) if you don't want to be woken up with false alarms all night. We use a SwaddleMe every night as well. It doesn't interfere with the Snuza at all.
Regarding PJ's, I like to use snap up creepers because I can wiggle my fingers in there through the SwaddeMe and re-position the Snuza if it starts doing false alarms, but lately I've noticed that if I use a snug fitting onesie, the onesie seems to hold the Snuza down against his belly better, so no false alarms.
The false alarms are a real pain in the ass, but there have been fewer and fewer of them as he gets bigger.

We've just been clipping it to the top is his diaper, he us usually sleeps in a shirt similar to what they use at the hospital & is swaddled. We just started using it around 4 weeks and haven't had a false alarm yet.
One trick I learned with dd was to put a piece of Velcro, the rough part, on the battery door. That way it grips the diaper and keeps it more secure. Once I started doing that I never had false alarms again, even after she started moving around a ton.
