My doc told me my vagina "looks angry" today

Freakin' yeast infection is killing my lady parts. Just when I thought I was done shoving things up there (finished progesterone a couple weeks ago), now it's time for Monistat! Boo. :(

    Oh no...an angry vagina sounds terrible.  Hope it feels better soon.  I'm so sorry, but the angry vagina comment has got me cracking up!

    Oh my word, some of these comments are hilarious!

    But in all seriousness, I feel bad for you OP! I had a yeast infection earlier this year, thankfully before I got pregnant, but I remember not being able to sit or walk without feeling some sort of horrible itchy pain! And what made it worse was that I was on my period at the time, so I would get some relief when I had a tampon in, but when I would have to change it out, OMG I was in tears within seconds; stupid antibiotics do it to me every time! I hope they caught it early enough to where the itchy pain doesn't make an appearance. Lots and lots of monistat, and ice packs for the swelling. So sorry!

    Oh no, we are in full on itchy horrible pain mode. I've been sleeping with ice packs between my legs, it's super cute. Today is day 2 of Monistat, when will it start feeling better???? Whine!

    @MrsRoy07‌ probably around day 7 to 10. Mine didn't even let up until about day 8 or 9, and the pain didn't even lessen until almost 5 days after the monistat/diflucan treatment ended. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you! Hopefully you're one of the lucky ones where it wasnt too angry before they caught it. Keep the ice packs handy and definitely scrub your lady parts at least twice a day, that will help keep the itch down.
