Brown specks in discharge at 19 weeks

Ladies..I am really worried and hoping someone has experience with this. 2 days ago I had some brown specks in my urine they don't look like blood but I am not a medical professional. I am being treated for a bladder infection and was hoping this relates to it. I am in the process of moving and have a call in to my OBGYN but she hasnt called back. Thanks for any input!

    Yes it is I should finish antibiotics in two days.

    I had a bad bleed at 14 wks and then again at 15 weeks. They found I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and then at 16 weeks saw I have a partial previa. Either could cause bleeds. So even if it's bad and red blood don't freak out like I did. It's usually fine unless you are also having cramps.
