Bought a Bigger car seat but it wobbles....

DH just installed our new Graco MyRide65 car seat in the rear facing position.  He said it's a bit wobbly.  Does anyone else notice this with their car seat?  I know his infant seat had a maximum 1 inch of give when pulled but what is the rule for the next size up of car seats?  If you have installed the Graco Myride 65 how did you tighten it?

    When I had mine installed (different car seat, same problem) they cut about a foot of a pool noodle and propped it underneath. I noticed though its less wobbly if I squish the seat down with my body weight and I struggle for dear life trying to clip the belt so it's as tight as I can possibly get it, I also use the metal locking clip on the belt to keep it from budging. In the end it still has a bit of wiggle to it.

    We have a different Graco seat installed in 2 different cars. It was much harder to get it tight in my suv than mil's maxima because I couldn't get the leverage I needed to pull tight. I put DD in the seat and had someone push down on it. I also have a rolled towel.

    It's in what's called the bite of the seat, where the seat and the back meet. If that makes sense.

    So we figured it out.  The seat had these two flaps on the bottom that you fold up for rear-facing and let down for forward-facing.  DH accidentally had them down which threw off the level of the seat.  We still needed a noodle in the crease but it's much better now.
