  I usually tell the parents of Breastfed babies at the daycare I work at: if it's been over 48 hours, give your ped a call and see what they say.
  Make sure baby still has plenty of "wet" diapers. Also, since bf poop is more watery, it may seem like they haven't had a bowel movement but they may have. Hope this helps a little!

  I agree with PP. I think it was around that time that my son started going longer between poops. He doesn't usually go more than two days without pooping, but I understand that some babies poop only once a week. As long as you are getting plenty of wet diapers and he is gaining weight, he should be fine.
