Secondary IF

intro and warning- toddler mentioned

Hi, I have been posting on IF but I think this is actually the right board for me...will someone let me know if it's not? There are so many I can't figure it out!

I have a great son from IVF#1 in 2011 and we just did IVF#2 which ended earlier this week with the arrival of AF- a real rager- and will end officially tomorrow with beta. Fortunately we have 3 embryos frozen so we plan to do a FET as soon as possible. I've never done one and am unsure of what happens...

Anyway, I'd love to be part of your group if y'all think this is the right fit. I think most on IF have never been pregnant?

Sincerely,

Daggermouth

  • Sorry to hear about the failed IVF cycle.  The biggest difference I noticed with FET cycle was less meds - and of course none of the hassle / discomfort of egg retrieval which was tough on me the first go round due to PCOS.  So - FET was a breeze compared to full IVF cycle.  But as you can see from my siggy - neither of my FETs ended well.  I am currently waiting for final tests to get the go ahead for IVF again.

    Welcome and good luck.
