Can anyone recommend formula to use...FYI I'm asking you all since I do BF and have zero clue

Little back story...DS is 5 months, we have had some issues with his weight and now my supply is starting to tank. He didn't seem satisfied all weekend and I have been trying to add extra pumping sessions in but nothing is seeming to work. My milk seemed to cut in half this past weekend. I only pump twice at work instead of 3 times when he would be eating. Too busy to pump that extra time. We just started solids so I have been missing bfding when I get home, and before bed I give a bottle so I can add rice cereal (doctor recommended due to reflux so he can keep his milk down). So basically between work and having a toddler I am losing the pumping battle and can't seem to keep up my supply. I pump before bed and in the morning after a feed if my lo doesn't wake to feed more then once. My husband and I are leaving for 5 days at the end of the month and at the rate im going my stash is dwindling fast. My doctor had me up my lo's bottles to 5 oz a feeding since he didn't gain any weight last month at all and that I can't seem to produce anymore as well. I want to bf through the first year but nervous im not going to make it. 

Right now I feel I need to supplement his last bottle of the night with formula until I can get my stash of milk back so I will have enough milk while I am gone at the end of the month if any at all. Can anyone recommend what formula I should use?? I know nothing about formula. Thank you..

Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    Okay so that is where I have messed up. I always feed lo at the breast at 6 then a bedtime bottle at 7:30. Since I started feeding him two weeks ago I stopped that bfding at 6. I will start that up again before his solids. 

    Aye..I also just found out my son has masteocytosis so that could be the other issue. Going for a second opinion in two weeks so I might just have to hold off on the formula in case. Jesus im so confused and stressed!

    Agree with the above. Especially at this age, he should not be reducing his BM intake because of solids. BM (or formula, for FFers) should always be offered before solids. I'd cut out the solids before I'd cut out BM.

    Have you replaced the membranes on your pump? Taking in plenty water an calories? These can make a big difference output wise. Low output can be so frustrating. I have limped along since 4 months and just made it to a year BFing, so hang in there!

    I do drink a ton and eat enough. I figured my period was coming but it didn't. I will try and replace the membranes. Instead of feeding by the bottle I fb all weekend and it didnt help my supply. I did jut recently start working out three days a week. Other then that I just think starting solids I messed up by not bfding so I'll start thy again.

    This is also the first time leaving my kids. I've only let my two year old stay with my mom for an overnight once so freaking out about having enough milk. I will be heartbroken of my child goes on formula full time before a year. My older one never had formula except in the hospitla until my milk came in.

    Your probably right. I have been attempting to eat around 2000 since I still have another 30 pounds to go
