Breastfeeding/ working/ pumping

So I EBF and now I'm back at work - LO eats about 6 times a day. However I only pump 2x a day and BF twice a day. I have more than enough quantity to keep up with demand but do I need to pump a certain number of times or for a certain duration to ensure supply? As of now I only pump for 10-15 mins and usually get 8-10oz per pump.

    @njbabymama‌ Same here. I make just enough with very little to put in my freezer stash (like 2oz a day on avg). LO starts daycare next week and I plan to pump twice when she is away from me (she eats about every 3.5-4 hrs), then nurse the rest of the time. Will also keep drinking the mother's milk tea to maintain supply. I heard once people return to work, their supply often dip because of stress and being away from the baby. I hope this doesnt happen to me.

    I'm jealous of your supply as well. I pump 3 times a day while I'm at work, which is how many bottles LO eats. I make exactly enough for her. I was thinking about trying to cut one pumping session out a day because it is seeking worthless. I'm getting only about 2 oz. during that pump. I'm just worried that I will drop in supply.

    I'm a 90% pumper. I pump at 6am, 10am, 2pm, nurse at 6pm and pump at 10pm.
    LO gets a bottle every 3 hours during the day - 4 feeds while at daycare.
    My supply took a dip about a week after I went back to work. I got a blocked duct and mastitis (oh my god the pain! !). My supply from the affected breast is still about half of the other side. Fortunately I still produce more than he needs in a day, but I'm only banking about 2 oz.
    LO takes between 26-30 oz day.

    How much expressed milk does your lo take? Mine does 6 6 oz bottles a day. It seems like a lot to me compared to everyone else.
