Hi ladies! I hope you don't get asked this a lot. I'm a regular bumpie though not on this board. The reason I'm here is because my toddler is a super heavy wetter and I can't even find a disposable that works for us at night (I special order size 7 Pampers). I remember reading about wool before but I was intimidated.
-Can I put a wool cover over his disposable? Will that solve our problem?
-Is one enough or would I need to buy multiple?
-I understand wool needs to be lanolized every few weeks, is it difficult?
-Is there a brand that is good for toddlers yet affordable? I saw the Disana soaker on Amazon for $28 has good reviews... He's 33 pounds so either L or XL?
-Any other tips for me?
Thanks so much!

Re: Wool cover/soaker over disposable?
I believe many people who use wool overnight have two covers in rotation so one can dry while the other is in use. (Not sure though, as I just got my first wool order a week or so ago!)
Lanolizing is easy, it's done when your handwashing the wool. Just emulsify the lanolin and let it soak in. Easy peasy.
Not sure on sizing. But $28 is pretty affordable for wool. If its more than your wanting to spend you may find some used wool for a better price.
