We are on a HDHP. The twins are already killing us.
The charge that is really bothering me is for their weight checks. We took them in 2 days after we got home, and then 2 weeks later. Weights were fine, appointments were about 5 minutes long.
They charged us $150 each appointment. So $600 total. Uggggh.
I know it's probably standard, but has anyone ever argued a charge like this with their pediatrician's office? That seems so ridiculous to me.

Re: Another insurance question
We ended up doing 2 visits and paying the copay for one visit even though the visits were virtually identical.
Do you have an FSA you can sign up for? An option to switch to a non high deductible plan?
