I feel like a big wuss, but I'm so damn nauseated that I can't stand to be at work. I just want to lay down.
Anyone else having / have had difficulties getting through a work day? Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

Snacking helps me. In the afternoon around 2 is when I start to feel normal again. In the morning I eat cereal before I go to work. Then I have saltines, pretzels, NuGo bars, fruit, or yogurt all before my actual lunch. It definitely helps. I also have a bag of jolly ranchers that helps me not think about the nausea.
