Hi! Hope everyone had a great weekend. So what are you planning for dinner this week?

Here is my plan.
Tuesday - Kielbasa dogs on the grill, pasta salad & corn
Wednesday - @mrandmrsk91011's chicken recipe that was posted last week, starch & veggie
Thursday - balsamic sesame crusted sirloin (found recipe on Pinterest) baked potatoes & salad...maybe corn too
Friday - shrimp, macaroni & cheese and cole slaw

I'm trying the Fresh 20 sample that someone suggested. We're on day 3 today:
Tuesday - Asian nachos
Wednesday - lamb burgers with pesto potato salad
Thursday- broccoli quiche wonton and arguably salad
Friday - pizza night or some other take out

Steaks on the grill tonight, and then hospital food until Saturday! Baby girl joins us tomorrow morning via c-section.... after that, I can dip into my prepared and frozen dinners! :-)

@jthree Good tip! I've been spraying everything anyway. I hate scrubbing stuff out! I did not love the nachos, they were okay, but would have preferred more sauce to the meat. I guess I forgot to pour in the remaining sauce from the first night. I'm looking forward to the lamb burgers though.

T: Cheesy turkey meatloaf, baked potatoes, green beans

W: Leftover meatloaf, homemade Mac and cheese, salad

Th: Slow cooker salsa chicken over rice, edamame

F: Homemade sausage, mushroom and onion pizza, salad
