Spaghetti w/ marinara sauce

Disclaimer: I was going to ask about your Labor Day plans, but @Iloveshanej beat me to it, so I asked DH what the QOTW should be and, well, there you go.

    Cycle Status: I am currently cd4.  Am planning/hoping to start stims tomorrow.  I went in for cd1 monitoring and things didn't look ready, so I go back tomorrow morning.  Let's all hope and pray that I am good to go, that I respond well to meds, and that I get k/u! 

    QOTW: Fruit salad because I always find homemade face mask recipes that call for different kinds of fruit. So, I guess that one would be the best for my skin.  Or at least, the least bad for my skin.

    Cycle Status: 7DPIUI - and confession is that I POAS the last two days to test when the trigger is out of my system....I think it is. Yesterday was super duper light line and today I didn't see any.

    QOTW: corn flakes....seems the least messy.

    We are planning to FET next cycle and were given the green light to TTC with TI this cycle because I had a follie measuring 14 on Thursday. My hopes are minimal but you never know!

    @Steph1673 Oooh good luck to you too! This was a clomid cycle for us. Next proposed cycle is letrozole like yours. Hopefully you won't have a next step but seeing as you are on #3, will you keep up IUI or move to IVF?

    Our RE suggested up to 4 IUI's and then we'd talk about next steps. All my IUI's have been letrozole, no trigger, or other meds, so if these fail, I may talk to him about trigger before moving on. We will see!

    CD 7 continuing Gonal F, IUI this weekend or Monday. 

     

    QOTW:  Gotta be POTATOE!!!!!

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    Status - Waiting to schedule surgery still. I should have a date by next week.

    QOTW - I don't like getting messy unless I intend to (mud run, etc) so corn flakes. They seem like the easiest to clean up from.

    I'm CD12. We're waiting for our final approval on all the hard work we've done to get our foster/adoption license. We don't have a definite date on when that will be. Until then we're continuing to TTC naturally.

    CD28, 16DPO. I was supposed to start 2 days ago, but I haven't yet. I have not POAS yet because my body LOVES to play dirty nasty tricks on me and every now and then my cycles goes longer than it is supposed to...

    CD 3.  Had to go in for blood work to prove I'm not pg so I can start my BCP and get my calendar for FET prep.  I had the nurse guess when she thought it would be and she said it would most likely be in October.  I'm super bummed that it's that far off but at least it gives me a month to try to get back into shape and focus on starting my doctorate program.  My 7 popsicle embryos are sitting tight and I'm praying every day that some of them will make it through the thaw for my FET!

    Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
    3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
    MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    I had a second opinion consult with a new RE last Friday.  I really liked her and she is willing to do the immune treatments I want (what we used when we finally got child #1).  But, they batch cycles and I get cysts with BCPs and over suppressed with high estrogen doses.  She had a protocol in mind.  But, this being our last shot, I'm not sure I like trying to work around my body so I can be part of a batch.  If I get my husband on board, we will still need to figure out the financial aspects.  I really really want a second child!  Please let things work out and let this work!!

    QOTW:  Either fruit salad (depends on the kind and it couldn't have bananas) or mashed potatos.  While I don't like to think about the clean up, the feel of corn flakes would probably flip me out!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    CD 20, natural cycle, horrible pain yesterday, ovulation, cyct, I have no idea, but it hurt like hell. Taking progesterone now.

    Cycle #5 with clomid was a fail. Going in for day 3 u/s tomorrow morning. Trying a stimulated iui for the first time. Will be using Gonal f and ovridel. Hopefully this works because we're paying out of pocket until I can switch insurance in january

    Oh and I'd go with cornflakes
