Wraps

Hi ladies. I haven't Bumped in quite some time, but had a quick question.

I currently love my Beco Butterfly 2 and loved my Moby when my son was younger. We're looking at starting to try for our 2nd child and I would like to be able to wear both when necessary. I'm looking at maybe purchasing an EllaRoo or a Bali Breeze. Thoughts or recommendations for other brands to look at? We're on one income, so I'd like to keep the cost down, if possible, but it's truly an incredible wrap, I'm willing to possibly pay more.

I have not tried an Ellaroo. So no experience with that. The Bali Breeze is fine for the most part. It's a gauze wrap so won't be as supportive as other wraps out there. So, for larger babies and toddlers it will dig into the shoulders a lot. Also, if it has a flaw like a snag or small rip it is no longer safe, unlike regular wovens where you can repair them. Personally, I'm a big Natibaby, Kokadi, and Girasol fan. I love Girasol the most for the pretty rainbows and the ease of use. They are 100% cotton and are really easy to care for. They aren't as supportive as some of my other wraps, but I always go for my rainbows eventually. My Natibaby and Kokadi wraps are usually either a hemp orm linen blend. Both of these tend to be loads more cushy and easy onthe shoulders, plus are more supportive for larger children.They just require more breaking in and care.
