It's over the counter and each bottle will let you know how many to take. My doula recommended B-6 for me but it didn't help with the nausea. Try boiling ginger in hot water and sipping on that. It might take a little getting used to but it def helps! Desperate times call for desperate measures! Lol

I took 25mg in the morning and another 25mg at night. You can find in the vitamin aisle at a drug store or supermarket. Make sure it's B6 and not B12 or B Complex.
If you still need help with morning sickness, take a half tablet of Unisom before bed. It has to be the regular Unisom, not the liquid gels or dissolve strips. Unisom is okay to take when pregnant and was originally developed as an anti-nausea medication. People were getting too drowsy from the side-effects so they switched it over to being a sleep aid. I had luck with the B6/Unisom combo. It wiped my morning sickness out.

Yeah, I had the most success with the Unisom/B6 combo, too. It saved me during my first pregnancy. Lucky for me this time, I didn't have the horrible m/s like that.

I went and bought a bottle today and after I got home I saw the warning "Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women." I assume that's just a warning for the company to cover their own butt, but still it's disconcerting to read even after my doctor said it was OK to take
I was told to do B6 and the nausea medicine. When I was taking Zofran (got from the ER) it helped a good bit. Then when I started taking the stuff my insurance covered, it kinda didnt help the way it was supposed to. It made me so tired I could only take it at night so after like 11 am, I was on my own. Everyones different.
I never tried B6, but wanted to second a PP's suggestion of fresh ginger tea. Worked wonders for me. I would have fresh ginger root and slice about 3 big pieces off, pour boiling water over it, let it steep about 5 minutes and then add a bit of honey. You get used to the taste but it really really helps with nausea. I also used Reed's ginger chew candies available at most health food stores (whole foods, Earth Fare, Amazon).
I didn't have bad nausea but if I had I would have gone to the acupuncturist. It is supposed to help a lot. If you are really struggling, I would start B6, ginger tea, and see an acupuncturist.
