Leaking wet bag help

I have 1 medium planet wise wet bag that I got as a second a few months ago. I hate the print and dislike it for the diaper bag, so it lives in the bathroom where it holds my rinsed ON diapers and dunked poopy diapers until laundry time.

It has recently started leaking. The diapers that it holds are really wet since they have been rinsed, so when it first happened I accused DH of not wringing out a dripping wet diaper but it keeps happening.

It's only a few months old and this started all of a sudden. It is lightly used, and has never been in the dryer so I don't think it is delaminated.
When I took it out if the wash tonight, part of the PUL where it is leaking was saturated. You can see its darker there. Does that mean its delaminated? Or should I try throwing it into the dryer to reseal or something?

If it's leaking anyway, might as well toss it in the dryer to see if that helps. Might still be useful for wet swim clothes to and from the pool.

Thant makes sense, but it was fine for a couple months, and then started doing this all of a sudden.

I don't know if the quality has changed, but the 2 I got in January actually hold water when I wash them. My older ones do not.

I like my planetwise bags, so I just use a pail for any diapers that I rinse. I really haven't had any issues at daycare with them getting wet on the outside, but I use pockets.
