I just looked at Facebook and saw a "friend" (I actually met her at child birthday class, she requested to be my friend) just posted a picture of her July 2013 baby butt naked pooping on the toilet. I'm appalled and I really want to write that it's completely inappropriate to post a picture of your child going to the bathroom on Facebook! Like what. The. Actual. Fuck.

Am I overreacting?

I wouldn't say anything. I would never, ever, post a picture like that anywhere (I wouldn't even TAKE that picture), but it's her kid.

Poor lil dude. I don't even think move taken any pictures of Sully's "baby bits", I always try to put a washcloth or something over them if I do take bathtub photos. To post them though? Well that kid can't run for public office.

I'm going through PT-hell. So, it could have been a victory snapshot that was not well thought out.

I've had a friend get on me about pictures of LOs in diapers so eh. My money is she was like "omfg yeah!" & her brain shorter out lol.

This. I don't think it's appropriate to share on FB but I do think some ppl forget who is on their friends list and just think it's close family and friends.

It depends on the angle and the pic too. I admit I've taken this kind of pic, but his potty seat is so deep you can't see anything since his bum sinks in and his legs hang up and over (I'd post a pic to show you what I mean, but, you know....weird), and he's always wearing a shirt.

We only send to grandparents who think it's hilarious he poops on the toilet and like to celebrate his small victories.

If I saw that I would probably just unfriend them.. I couldn't imagine ever putting a picture like that up... I barely ever put pics of my LO on Facebook as it is..I would certainly never put a naked pic of her on the internet.

Maybe late to the party, but I'd be so freaking ragey too. How can people not realize their children are persons too, like how would you like someone posting a pic of you doing that?

I'd say something and then unfriend.

Meh, this is one of those CTFD moments for me. I definitely posted a potty pic of Corri when she was PTing (granted, she had a shirt on and was reading a book, so you didn't see anything) and didn't think anything of it. Pretty sure she won't be scarred for life...
