Not quite ready to intro, but a beta question? (Less than a thousand) *prior loss mentioned*

Hi Ladies,
I'm so hoping to join all of you. This was my first IVF (eSet) and my first beta was 140, 2nd beta was 48 hours later at 339 and then I did one today, 41 hours later and it was 584. So I went from a doubling rate of 37 hours to 52 hours. My mmc had a similar drop at the third beta, so that time they jacked me up on progesterone. I stopped taking endometrin and estradiol about 19 hours before my bw was done today, because my e2 was over a thousand, and my progesterone was 137. I realize that has nothing to do with hcg, but I'm hopeful. RE will call me in the AM with recommendations, but I'm wondering if anyone's had the same experience and things have been positive? I've been looking online and I have only seen where the beta was lower between 1st and 2nd, and then jumped at #3. Thank you for your help!

6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!
