Holy moly it's Tuesday!
Last week: was terrible. Gained .7 lbs
This week: I refocus and start getting physical. I will lose 2 lbs this week

IT'S A BOY
This week: running and walking (step challenge!). I got my fitbit and I'm Really competitive with myself so it will keep me in line. And annoy the shit out of DH if I'm marching in place in front of the TV in the evening after we put the kids to bed
Goal: marathon
Long weekend: I am notorious for being an over scheduler, so to have free downtime would be heavenly. To leisurely get a mani pedi would be heaven. We like doing outdoorsy things as a family too.
Last week: T25 is kicking my butt! I love it, though I haven't noticed the scale moving as much as I can feel my abs breaking through!!
This week: T25 and eating well!
Goals: Tone up!
Favorite way to spend long weekends: doing nothing but relax, watch tons of movies and drink wine.
This week: it's the first week if school for my Kundera I feel like that is a workout in itself. My half marathon is this Sunday, hopefully I survive!!!
Goal: keep running and drop some more weight (about 10lbs)
Favorite way to spend long weekends? Beach!
