New allergy/intolerance with pregnancy?

I am almost certain since I was pregnant with DS in 2011 I have developed an allergy or intolerance to pork. I have eaten it all my life but since DS I have gotten sick when I eat any pork-pork chops, sausage, ham steaks or roast, any lunch meat with pork and whatever else. Now that I'm pregnant with DS2 I feel it has gotten worse. I could eat bacon before and up until yesterday I can't eat it anymore!! I am pretty devastated because I always make bacon and eggs 
and my favourite is peameal bacon.
Has anyone else experienced this?? My mom thinks it's from the pregnancy but I see my dr tomorrow morning.
