  It's unsnapped all the way. He's long and skinny but not that long! Maybe I should just tuck it in?

  DS outgrew them at 5 months, and he was a long baby. Maybe you just need to fold down the prefold? Where is the cover hitting him?

  Mine is 15 weeks as well and still has one snap rise to go on our size one. It's actually one of my favourite covers. I use Sweet Pea prefolds which only have 3 sizes (newborn, infant, baby) were in infant (I think they fit 12-20 lbs) and they fit under the cover fine. I fold down the back of the prefold a bit because they are a but large in my guy still (also long and lean) but no problems with the Thirsties cover.

  At 14 weeks, we're just about out of the size ones over a prefold. We might get a week or two more over flats. Maybe. My baby is long and skinny, too. There's plenty of room width-wise. There's a lot of room in the size two, but there are no gaps or anything.

  We were able to use Thirsties Duo Wrap size 1s until around 5 months (75th Percentile + for length).  They do tend to rest somewhat low at the waist compared to some brands of diapers.

  I'm having some issues as well with mine. Alex is 15 weeks and 90th percentile for height, so we're on the longest rise when we cover a yellow edge workhorse. She's got wide hips but a skinny waist, so I always get a gap at the belly.
