    Hmm. I am on the fence about this. In theory it seems like a good idea and one that I would consider. When my LO falls asleep in the car her head lolls to the side or fall forward. I usually fix it and lean it back. In actuality this seems weird. I am not sure my LO would leave it there while she falls asleep or that I could put it on after she falls asleep. I also agree with @somethingclever it looks like it would cuase serious issues if you were in an accident.
