Advice please

I am currently 36+2 with di/di twins. This is my third pregnancy but I have never gone into labor on my own. My first I was induced at 42 weeks and then my second I had a c section at 40 weeks. Anyway, I am currently having really awful back pain and I don't know if it would be back labor or just normal aches of the end of a twin pregnancy. Has anyone had back labor before?

    The day before my water broke 37 weeks 3 days my back was achie and by that night/early morning it started becoming tight. I got very little sleep. The afternoon of 37 weeks 4 days I called my OB and they told me to hang tight until my induction a day and a half later. Well needless to say my water broke five hours later. Most of my labor was back labor. C was sunny side up. Good luck and hang in there!

    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    I've never had back labor, but all contrax for me feel like period cramps. I don't get the all over tightness contrax that people talk about. Or at least that's not what it feels like for me. I've gone into labor w my singleton and the twins and my water broke both times, so it was obvious what was going on. It could be?

    I'd def call the OB - you are well in the window of "this could be it."

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
