Is that the baby moving?

Hello all. I'm a FTM and am 15 weeks and 3 days and I just felt what I can only describe as bubbles moving in my lower abdomen. Is it too soon for that to be baby? I hope not but I have no idea

Re: Is that the baby moving?

  • Bubbles? That might just be gas. It feels more like a squirming sensation at first..

  • Mine felt like popcorn popping in my stomach but they say everyone is different so I would say quite possibly. If you are 15 weeks your uterus is only 1/2 to your belly button so the bubbles would have to be low. My "popcorn" was around my hip area. Hope that helps! I am sure we will feel our LOs move a ton coming up!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
  • Thanks ladies! I asked my MIL and she thinks maybe...
  • I'm trying to see if I can feel my baby but I not luck yet :( I'm 15w 2d hopefully next week I can feel my baby :)
  • I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and I really don't know if I've felt anything yet? Should I be worried?
  • @tkloter24‌, if you're a FTM then the baby moving can feel like gas to you and you won't notice until you get full on kicks. Being able to feel movement depends on a lot of things including your weight, your sensitivity to/knowledge of what it feelsand the location of your placenta. It is completely fine not to feel anything and some people don't until 20+ weeks. Don't stress over whether you feel it or not because when you do you will know and any stress in the meantime will just be bad for both of you.
