Prenatal vitamins

Hi Ladies !

Just a quick question.. Took a prenatal pill this morning, and good old pregnancy brain forgot and took another one at dinner.. Just wondering if anyone else has done so and if it's a big deal?? Should I just skip tomorrow ?

    You'll be fine.  Take another tomorrow, per normal.  

    The vast majority of ingredients are water soluble; those that aren't are not present in large doses, and a double dose of the amount in a prenatal is harmless.

    Yep, you're good to go :) Just resume taking them as you normally would.
