Weekly meal plans

What's on the menu this week?

Sun - hot dogs, corn on the cob, nectarines and raspberries
Mon - spaghetti, garlic bread, roasted garlic broccolini
Tues - italian sausage, chard, and potato soup with crusty bread
Wed - out
Thurs - chicken gyros, greek salad
Fri - herb crockpot porkchops, roasted root veggies, rolls
Sat - out

I'm hoping a little that I'll be having a baby instead of cooking a couple of these dinners sometime this week. :-)

    Monday: pizza pasta bake with veggies
    Tuesday: cream cheese chicken enchiladas
    Wednesday: pineapple teriyaki chicken, rice
    Thursday: tacos
    Friday: chicken yakisoba
    Saturday: spaghetti

    Tuesday: Homemade turkey burgers
    Wednesday: Grapefruit avocado salad with prawns
    Thursday: Lazy enchiladas

  • I really can't believe I'm sticking to this meal-planning thing! Thanks for the weekly threads- they help keep me on track!

    Sunday: frittata, roasted red peppers, green salad
    Monday: out to dinner with my parents, hubbs is working
    Tuesday: Roasting a whole chicken, lemon and garlic grilled zucchini, arugula salad with chèvre 
    Wednesday: chicken enchiladas, spanish rice, home made refried beans
    Thursday: Veggie pasta with bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini, tomato, and mushroom
    Friday: mini-meatloaf, peas and mashed potatoes
    Saturday: Cook out with my parents 

    Lunches: Leftover frittata, pasta salad featuring salami, turkey or salami sandwiches, big salad covered in bleu cheese (my OB made fun of me for not eating deli meat or bleu cheese at my last appointment so I'm diving in this week!)

  • I forgot about the breakfast planning for school starting this week.

    I tried a Pinterest recipe/directions since you don't actually cook anything of Blueberries and cream over night oatmeal. It was delicious! Even my kids loved it. So I am planning several freezable breakfasts and some overnight oatmeal jars and smoothies for them in the mornings. This is a new venture for me. I'm not an organized get up and get things done in the morning person. I need to learn.
  • Monday - Parmesan sourdough burgers

    Tuesday - Kahlua pork and white rice

    Wednesday - Chicken lazone and noodles (from Pinterest)

    Thursday - Porky mac and cheese from leftovers

    Friday - Monte Cristo sandwiches

  • Tuesday- "taco Tuesday" bc DH really liked the Lego movie! So it's been taco Tuesday for like a month!!!
    Wednesday- chicken and dumplings!
    Thursday- penne alfredo with broccoli
    :/ that's all I got so far!!
