  I can't quote you for some reason, but we're also about twenty minutes from one and haven't been yet. The waterpark is REALLY nice though, so I'll take the kids there a few times and DH and I will hit the park for date nights.

  Considering we live in the town that DH and I both grew up in---we went to great adventure a lot as kids. I don't like rides, so me paying for a ticket isn't worth it. We haven't been in a few years--and everything is separate, along with the safari and water park. I do enjoy the water park though.

  We just went yesterday and bought season passes on their sale. We got 4 season passes (good for the remainder of 2014 and all of 2015) plus parking for $50 each. If you buy less than 4 passes, it's more (I think $100 each) but that's still a great deal. We had so much fun!
