Pumping help

I'm at the us open today without LO. I brought my manual pump and pumped once so far. Just went to pump again and realized the white membrane thing is missing and so my pump won't work.
I tried manually expressing a bit, which made me more comfortable, but didn't express that much.
I know this may be a dumb question but will missing one day of pumping mess up my supply? I'll pump as soon as I get home tonight but I've never gone through this before.
I've never had supply issues before - not sure if that matters.
I'm panicking a bit so thanks so much for any help!

Me: 29 ovulatory disorder
DH: 30 MFI - low everything

IUI #1: 11/5/12 BFN
December IUI cancelled due to cyst
IUI #2: 1/8/13 BFN

IVF in April 2013 transferred one beautiful blast on 4/13
Beta #1 4/22: BFP!! 33 Beta #2 54 Beta #3 70 Beta #4 83 Beta #5 105. Possible ectopic, MTX and M/C 5w4d

FET 6/21 - Beta #1: 79 BFP!! Beta #2: 253 U/S 7/12: saw the sac! U/S #2 7/19 great heartbeat of 127!! U/S #3 heartbeat of 154! U/S #4 graduated to OB

    This was the first year we didn't go to the US Open this weekend. I didn't think LO could take the heat. How was it?! I'm impressed! 

    Me: 33 DH: 32 SA#1 low count (6mil) SA#2- now in IUI range!(30mil) Dx:MFI

    We didn't bring LO. I don't think it would have been very easy with her. We definitely couldn't have sat in the stands in the sun to watch a match! I did see lots of babies there though.

    But we had a a great time. I was nervous to leave LO for that long but she had fun with her grandparents. The only issue was my pump :-) but it ended up okay.

    We can't wait to take LO when she's older. I hope she loves tennis as much as I do!
